"First and foremost... Communication. Joel and Maze Construction communicate from day one. I can't say enough about Joel's follow up and on-time arrival of when he said he was going to be at my home. Everything with the contract was professional and timeframes are realistic, he even finished ahead of schedule. As far as the quality of work, Joel checks and double checks to make sure the quality look is there. He also checks in frequently to make sure you are part of the process and the final product is clearly what you want. Efficient and kept things clean. I highly recommend, if I could give 6 stars, I would have. Did I mention the communication. Thanks Joel, the wife and I really love our bathroom."

"We had some water damage to our master bathroom that forced us into a position of either remodeling our shower/bath or just having the insurance pay someone to come out and do a repair. It was a lengthy process, and we did A LOT of due diligence and analysis. When I mean a lot, I mean we got bids from 9 different contractors, watched hours of videos on how to DIY everything, created a long list of the materials we'd need, and debated it many times.
Joel was always willing to answer our questions even before we signed the contract. He was prompt and communicative and very helpful.
Throughout the process, he and Dylan worked so hard. They paid great care and attention to the details. Dylan even spent time making sure the subfloor under the bathroom floor tile was perfectly level before starting to install the tile.
It was a great experience for us, and our bathroom turned out so beautiful. It feels like a dream every time we walk in and see it.
Joel and Dylan clearly take pride in what they do. I'd highly recommend them, and we'll be using them again in the future."

Maze Construction LLC did the best job for us on our recent renovation of two bathroom in our house in Phoenix. We have had major and minor renovations done to various houses over more than 30 years and this was by far the easiest experience ever. Joel and his crew did the work as promised, on the timeline promised, and at the price quoted. The worksite was left tidy every day and the end result was exactly what we were hoping for.

"We bought a home in Knab Utah. had a so-called friend accept the job and took a deposit of $3500 went to Knab worked for 3 days and decided to run of with the monies!
I contacted 4 contractors in Knab and they wanted ridiculous amounts of money for something that didn't need to cost as much..
we need paint , new baseboards and a few repairs...
I contacted Maze construction on a Tue afternoon. sent pictures and Joel was there by Sunday... the price was beyond fair and he delivered on time although we did agree to extra things to complete..
I would not only recommend Maze construction but we are doing some remodeling and he has the remodel when the rental season slows down...

"Joel and Steve have completed a couple of jobs for us, you'll see his work on the page (pocket door, patio ceiling). We've hired him again to repair a garage door frame that has water damage as well. We've been very satisified with their work, and they're friendly and professional on the job.
